No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our shop. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Please make sure your PayPal account is correct! We will not be held accountable for packages sent to a different address than your PayPal address.

We use FedEx 2nd day air with full insurance to the United States only. Every piece of art is packaged to ensure that the item is shipped without damage. All international orders will be shipped in a picture tube without matte or frame.

Please allow up to 10 days for your Gyotaku by Naoki art to be shipped. Artwork that requires framing can take up to 1 month to complete. Please inquire about pricing for custom framing.

Our frames are made of solid mahogany and are hand made in our shop in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The mahogany wood is cut, assembled, sanded, and then painted with a black semi-gloss paint.

We also offer solid koa wood and mango wood frames. These custom sized frames take approximately 6 weeks to create so we apologize in advance for the delay in receiving your artwork, however it is well worth the wait. Please inquire for pricing.
